Why PoseLab exists
I'm Max Werner, an engineer based in Germany. I needed a new headshot for a profile and balked at the quote: a hundred euros, a two-week wait, and a studio session for a single usable frame.
The image models had quietly gotten good enough that this didn't need to be the answer anymore. I built PoseLab as the workflow I wished existed — upload selfies from your phone, get a polished gallery back in about 25 minutes, pay once, own the files.
